Free resources and informational content available publicly on this website are not subject to purchase or refund.
2. Consultation Sessions
For individually scheduled consultation sessions:
- Cancellation more than 48 hours before the session: Full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.
- Cancellation between 24 and 48 hours before the session: A 50% refund will be issued. The remaining 50% represents the preparation time already invested.
- Cancellation less than 24 hours before the session, or no-show: No refund will be issued. In exceptional circumstances (e.g., documented emergency), please contact us and we will review the situation individually.
- Rescheduling: You may reschedule a session at no charge if you notify us at least 48 hours in advance. One complimentary reschedule is available per booking.
3. Educational Programs
For structured programs delivered digitally:
- Within 14 days of purchase, before program access: Full refund available upon request.
- Within 14 days of purchase, after program access has been granted: A refund may be issued at our discretion where fewer than 25% of the program materials have been accessed.
- More than 14 days after purchase: Refunds are generally not available. If you have experienced a technical issue preventing access, contact us and we will resolve it or offer an equivalent alternative.
4. Digital Materials & Guides
Due to the digital and immediately accessible nature of guides and downloadable resources:
- Refunds are not available once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed.
- If you experience a technical problem preventing access, contact us within 7 days and we will provide a functional copy or full refund.
5. Defective or Incorrect Delivery
If you received a product or service that was materially different from what was described, or if there was a technical failure on our end, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of the timeframes listed above. Please contact us within 14 days of purchase with a description of the issue.
6. How to Request a Refund

- A brief description of your reason for the request
We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and notify you of our decision within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
